• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
• International Shipping: 7-14 business days (varies by destination)

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are calculated based on order weight and destination:

Free standard shipping on all orders over $50.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using:

• Our order tracking portal
• The carrier's website with provided tracking number

Shipping Restrictions

Please note:

• We cannot ship to PO Boxes for international orders
• Some countries may impose customs duties (customer's responsibility)
• Signature may be required for high-value jewelry items

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

1. Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery
2. Provide photos of damaged items (if applicable)
3. We will arrange for replacement or refund

Note: Claims for lost packages must be filed within 30 days of shipment date.

Holiday Shipping

During peak seasons (November-January):

• Processing times may extend by 1-2 days
• Express shipping does not guarantee Christmas delivery after December 18
