- Standard Shipping: 5-14 business days (varies by destination)
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using:
- Our order tracking portal
- The carrier's website with provided tracking number
Shipping Restrictions
Please note:
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for international orders
- Some countries may impose customs duties (customer's responsibility)
- Signature may be required for high-value jewelry items
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of damaged items (if applicable)
- We will arrange for replacement or refund
Note: Claims for lost packages must be filed within 30 days of shipment date.
Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons (November-January):
- Processing times may extend by 1-2 days
- Express shipping does not guarantee Christmas delivery after December 18
